There are many people who now they do not find their way and they do not find themselves, if you feel this way I invite you to pick up paper and pencil and do the following exercise:
Do not be afraid to write on the paper all the things you want, it's something you can break later .
1. What did you want to be when you were little?
2. What do you like most about your body?
3. Write your 5 greatest achievements
4. Write 10 things you want to do next year.
5. If you traveled in time and could see you as a child, what would you say?
6. What are you able to do today?
And if you have answered all these questions, surely you have remembered things from when you were small, and many of the things you have answered can start doing them today! I hope I have helped you and that from now on you can do everything you propose.
